About me

Anastasiya Lozova was born in Lviv, in Western Ukraine. From an early age, she showed an extraordinary interest and special talent for music. By the age of five, she had already started composing her first musical pieces. This remarkable talent did not go unnoticed, and soon Anastasiya was recognized as a musical prodigy.

She received a high-level musical education as a pianist at the Solomiya Krushelnytska Specialized Music School in Lviv (now the Solomiya Krushelnytska Lviv State Music Lyceum), where she also studied composition under Myroslav Volynsky.

Later, Anastasiya began to win numerous awards and recognitions at various music competitions, and her early works were broadcast on radio and television, receiving praise in the press.

In 2000, Anastasiya moved to Switzerland to continue her studies, receiving various creative scholarships. She later earned diplomas in Western Europe: the "Diplôme de capacité professionnelle de piano" and the "Virtuosité – diplôme section professionnelle."

Today, Anastasiya's musical works are performed on various concert stages and at festivals in Ukraine, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and other European countries. Her compositions include chamber and instrumental works, pieces for solo instruments with orchestra, works for choir with orchestra, and, of course, numerous piano compositions.

In 2009, Anastasiya Lozova released her first solo album – the CD "Reflections", which includes 13 of her own piano compositions.

In December 2023, Anastasiya Lozova's digital album "54 Minutes to Christmas" was released online, featuring 10 original arrangements, interpretations, and improvisations for piano based on Ukrainian and European carols.

In addition to her concert and compositional activities, Anastasiya is very active as a church musician and organist.
