On July 1, 2023, in Lviv, at the Mirror Hall of the Lviv National Opera, as part of the seventh Open International Music Marathon in memory of Wassyl Slipak W LIVE, a solo concert of Anastasiya Lozova’s music took place.
The Wassyl Slipak Memorial Marathon has been organized annually since 2016 by the Myroslav Skoryk Lviv National Philharmonic.
At the concert, renowned Lviv musicians Myroslav Dragan (piano), Yevhen Kruk (violin), Mykhailo Solonchenko (violin), and Markiyan Maksymiv (oboe) performed solo and chamber-instrumental works by Anastasiya Lozova. Naturally, Anastasiya also performed her own compositions and piano improvisations.
The three-part dramaturgy of the concert added even greater conceptual coherence and vibrancy to the presentation of Anastasiya Lozova’s creative persona. In the first part, titled “Kinship”, Anastasiya performed her own piano improvisations. The second part, “Light and Shadow”, consisted of three compositions by Anastasiya Lozova: “Pastoral” for solo violin, “Two Fates” for two violins and piano, and Twilight for oboe and piano (in memory of Ihor Martyniuk). In the third part of the concert, “The Purity of Eternal and White Snows”, Anastasiya performed two compositions from her solo CD “Reflections”: “Chant de Tristesse” and “Principium” on piano.
Anastasiya Lozova’s poetry, recited between the musical pieces by the famous Lviv opera singer Oleh Lykhach, was a meaningful and profound addition to the structured dramaturgy of the concert.

On July 23, 2023, the presentation of Anastasiya Lozova’s new music video took place, which was recorded and prepared for release especially in anticipation of the Swiss National Day, celebrated annually on August 1st.
The audio recording was made at the “Jenny Records” studio in Lviv in September 2022.

An original composition by Anastasiya Lozova, created especially for the 32nd anniversary of the Declaration of Ukraine’s Independence. The audio recording was made at the Myroslav Skoryk Lviv National Philharmonic on August 6, 2023.

As part of the 29th International Festival of Contemporary Music “Contrasts”, on October 7, 2023, at the Myroslav Skoryk Lviv National Philharmonic, Anastasiya Lozova’s work “Pastoral” for solo violin was performed. The concert program featured works by composers from Ukraine, China, Spain, and Italy. The concert, titled “Intermedia”, was part of a special event of the Festival – “Pulse Marathon”. This musical marathon consisted of four concerts, all performed consecutively on the same concert stage of the Lviv National Philharmonic.
Anastasiya’s piece was performed by the renowned Lviv violinist Yevhen Kruk. This was the second time Yevhen performed this work in Lviv. The first performance took place on July 1st of the same year at Anastasiya Lozova’s solo concert in the Mirror Hall of the Lviv National Opera.

The recording took place in Lviv from August 4 to 6, 2023, at the Myroslav Skoryk Lviv National Philharmonic in the Liudkevych Concert Hall. Anastasiya Lozova performed her works on a Steinway & Sons grand piano.

From November 10 to 12, 2023, the “19th Days of New Music in Bamberg” Festival took place in Germany. That year, as part of a partnership with the International Festival of Contemporary Music “Contrasts”, a concert by the Ukrainian new music ensemble “Ensemble Nostri Temporis” was held on November 12 to close the festival in Bamberg. The concert was titled “Ukrainian Muses Are Not Silent” and was an international extension of the anti-crisis project by the Lviv National Philharmonic, “Ukraine. The Muses Are Not Silent”, aimed at supporting the professional activities of Ukrainian musicians during the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war.
During the performance by the Ukrainian ensemble, Anastasiya Lozova’s “Trio” for flute, violin, and cello was played. However, this time, the “Trio” was performed in a new version – the cello part was masterfully played on the double bass. The performers were musicians from “Ensemble Nostri Temporis”: Natalia Kozhushko-Maksymiv (flute), Andrii Pavlov (violin), and Nazarii Stets (double bass).
